Email us

support@autoblow.shop with your order number + reason.

Prepaid label

We send a UPS prepaid return label by email within 1 business day.

Drop-off

Pack the sealed item, attach label, drop at any UPS pickup point.

Refund

Refund issued within 3-5 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Eligibility rules

What can be returned

Eligible
  • Sealed devices in original packaging
  • Sealed sleeves (factory-wrapped)
  • Accessories (cleaners, lubes, sealed)
  • Wrong item shipped (covered)
  • Order arrived damaged in transit
Not eligible
  • Used devices or sleeves (hygiene)
  • Opened sleeve packaging
  • Devices with visible use signs
  • Items past 14 days from delivery
  • Defective products: use warranty instead

Hygiene exclusions are standard for intimate products across the EU. Sealed items returned in original packaging are always eligible; once a seal is broken, the item can't go back into general stock.
